Delete your account

For the No Pain No Gain app by Lightning Studio LLC.

Fastest way, in the app:

1. Open No Pain No Gain and tap You.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. It's immediate.

Can't open the app? Email privacy@nopainnogainapp.com from the address you signed in with (or tell us it was Sign in with Apple / Google). We delete within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in methods and sessions
• Synced workouts, plans, body metrics and settings
• Sparks balance, owned cosmetics and usage history
• Push tokens and notification preferences

What is kept

• Purchase records required for tax and fraud prevention (up to 7 years)
• Backups are overwritten within 35 days

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings.
